The Interventionists do not attempt to replace the legal fraternity. We are not qualified to do so. However, from experience we know that we can do a lot of preparatory work before even needing or having to engage with a legal professional. Our role is to help you avoid even needing one, but we are well aware of the pitfalls and our own limitations and so we can provide sufficient advice to prevent this.
Rest assured that when we do pick up that one is required (possibly due to the complexity of a legal issue, or the advanced state of the problem) we will be sure to advise you to do so. But until then there is a lot we can do to help you avoid some serious legal fees.

An outsider is often better placed to cut through the sometimes emotional implications and can take a more objective view on alternatives available. Ultimately we would never take the final decision on how to proceed. That remains strictly within your domain. But when you feel you need help, and cannot afford the sometimes convoluted processes (death by paper and powerpoint!) of traditional advisors, such as business rescue practitioners, consultants, auditors, lawyers etc, our Interventionists team can assist and get to the answers much quicker and cheaper than anybody else can.
